Martha was missing several of her lower teeth, and was experiencing some problems with her remaining teeth. She elected to have the lower teeth removed, but did not want a loose-fitting denture. Instead, she opted for an All-on-4 prosthesis; 4 dental implants were placed in her lower jaw. A screw-retained fixed prosthesis is in place over the implants, functioning like natural teeth.
Dennis lost a front tooth due to fracture. A single implant was placed, and a crown was fabricated to fit over the implant, appearing as if it were a natural tooth.
Sarah had chipped, worn areas along the edges of her two front teeth. We were able to reshape them and do a very small amount of bonding to accomplish her goals of making the teeth look more even and more natural.
